[Bug Fix] Color of Good 'Down' Metrics#52

Some metrics are GOOD when they go down (i.e., Average Page Load Time, Bounce Rate, etc.)

The down arrow should be GREEN color (not RED) for the little arrows in scorecards for these metrics.

This single metric has been fixed, but the others still need to be fixed.

Currently still needs to be fixed for all other page speed metrics, like “Average Page Download Time” for example.
