More advanced alert functionality#5

I want to be able to create alerts on my data based on rules.

For example

“When my goal conversion % steps below 3% send me a alert to my channel”
“When my total ad budget goes above $2k in the last 14 days, send me an alert”
“When my 14 day active users spikes higher or lower, I want to know about it”
