Monitor/Alert Report Delivery is 3 hours behind. Timezone Issue? (No delays are set on the alerts)

You are misinterpreting the issue. I am aware of Google’s data lag and we use the delay filter to account for this… (separate bug-fix ticket created because the filter does not actually save the delay settings too)
The issue here is that alerts should be triggered as they happen.
Even with a 1-hour delay, we don’t receive the alert for another 2 hours (~3 hours total).
So if I have a 1-hour delay and at 7am there is a legitimate low-performance issue that should trigger an alert, I am not receiving the alert at 8am when I should… I am receiving the alert at 10am.
