BUG: Positive anomaly vs. Negative Anomaly#48

Monitoring reports tell whether a triggered event is a positive or negative anomaly based on whether a spike in performance is considered bad.

Currently the platform incorrectly states “Positive Anomaly” when it should say “Negative Anomaly” and vice versa.

Please fix!
